In leadership, the prosperity of the Pioneer Leader is contingent upon his ability to create who he is from what is not -- the followers. If he is the leader, then he is obliged to create leaders, nothing more or less.
If in the end the followers do not emerge as leaders, it is a clearer indication that the individual pioneering the leadership cycle is not a leader. You cannot not create who you are in leadership. Who are you really?
