Every follower necessarily needs help, which should be the primary focus of the Pioneer Leader. But then, if you really believe you are doing your best to help another, then be careful that you are not only seeking to create your own self-worth through the help you offer.
For to the extent that you allow other persons to make you responsible for them, to that extent you have allowed them to make you powerful. And that, of course, makes you feel worthy. Yet, this kind of help is an aphrodisiac which seduces the weak. The goal is to help the weak grow strong, not to let the weak become weaker.
