Leadership is not just all about success alone, but also failures. For success to be engineered, the Pioneer Leader must be willing to admit his failures and use them as tools to tell a story by extracting principles.
Until the Pioneer Leader is able to translate his experiences into life lessons to help the players know better, the value of those experiences is nothing. When he fails to do so, he has set the players up to repeat history. Have you translated your experiences into life lessons?
