Pioneer Leaders leading in a changing world must be flexible enough to know that what worked yesterday may never work today. It is like the parent that just discovered that the children are now gradually becoming adults.
As the players of the leadership cycle transform from followers into leaders, the Pioneer Leader must endeavour to recognize and engage the power of negotiation. At this point, he will not get what he deserves, rather his results will be based on what he negotiates.
