Every form of opposition is a function of criticism on the part of the individuals who are primarily dissatisfied with the leadership. The Pioneer Leader should understand that the spring board of every opposition is dissatisfaction, misunderstanding and fear of loss of control.
In understanding those key elements causing the opposition, the pioneer leader should categorize them into: 1. Corrective and 2. Destructive. His ability to do this will save him from the problem of "much ado about nothing."
