LEADERSHIP REFLECTIONS 73

Pioneer Leaders should be careful to note that Corrective  Opposition is borne out a clear sense of wanting something better for their leadership such that it resents any policy or decisions that appear to drag the organization down.

Additionally, the person(s) opposing must have been known to having a pedigree for opposing ideas based on their design. What this means is that there are individuals who are naturally disposed to critique every decision  for the good of the entire organization.
